Maybe I did? Who knows what I do anymore, I certainly don't.
They did some things at work for me - broke off my team (again) to let me now focus on 1 area vs. multiple areas and let me hire another person AND promoted someone to associate manager to help me so maybe some of the stress will bleed off and I can get some mental energy.

That would be a very good thing! I suffered under tremendous pressure almost the entire pandemic in 2020 from Chinese and North Korean hackers trying to attack my clients. That tapered off as the year came to end. I was working 36 hour days for a long time last year. Its so much better being back on a normal workload schedule...

FA Futures/FA-2 is Still Being Worked On and Will Be Released...

For us the first few months were quiet and then it exploded because our distributors ran down their inventory thinking "No one's going to be buying because pandemic" even while we're saying "Build your inventories." We hit 200% of forecast in June and didn't recover until November it was that bad just absolute total mayhem and the pace hasn't slackened.

I started 2020 running the inventory & production planning & materials purchasing team and then they removed inventory [because it needed its own team] and now just removed materials planning so I can focus on production planning.

Stress loud through the effing roof! I never thought I'd have gray hair before my 40s.

I'm honestly stunned at how far graphical fidelity has come in combat flight simulations. The clouds are a huge difference maker when flying now in DCS, especially when the weather is bad.

Its all eye candy until they fix the unreality issues of the sim like being able to shoot down incoming SAMs with a sidewinder... And implement a Dynamic Campaign.
