Not really any different from the Block 52 pits going into USAF birds today. The common cockpit program is upgrading all block 45/50 aircraft to this same configuration. Color MFDs, moving map display, fully lantirn/sharpshooter compliant HUD, many new or upgraded avionic items...

I wonder have the IAF and USAF engaged in wargames against each other?

Many times... USN and USAF have engaged the IAF in training...
