Is the Growler the only Super Hornet that has the wing fences (in pic below) or do all of the Super Hornets now have them?

Leading edge fairings now form a smooth "saw tooth" transition from the outer wing (the outer section that folds up and over for carrier operations) to the inner wing, replacing "snag" edge between the two on the Super Hornet. A 12.5cm (5in)-high by 150cm-long wing fence has been placed on the top surface of each wing about midway along the span, and there are now aileron "tripper strips" just ahead of the aileron hinge line. The two-strip arrangement forms a triangle rough 0.95cm high, eliminating the "aileron buzz" experienced by Super Hornet pilots during the same high-g manoeuvres. Engineers also replaced the perforated hinge fairing between outer and inner wing with a solid hinge fairing to help with the buffeting.

Boeing EA-18G chief engineer Kevin Fogarty says Boeing offered to make the same changes on the Super Hornet production line, but the navy declined.

The changes have allowed them to eliminate that perforated fold fairing which no one was particularly happy with anyway.

As I did a few minutes of research about this last night I saw that the particulars about the SH's stealthiness are leaking out. I've been trying to hint ( and at times outright yell ) that the SH is far stealthier than one would ever expect and that info is slowly starting to leak out.

So, what do you project as its stealthiness in comparsion to other aircraft?

Using arbitrary numbers in a "clean" configuration. Once you hang weapons on them the bayless planes will jump up but the U.S. is known to have some weapons ( JASSM and JSOW for instance ) that are stealthy to some degree.

If we say B-2 and F-22 are a "1"
With F-117 and F-35 perhaps a "2"
I would put SH as a "5"
Typhoon as a "7"
Rafale and perhaps Gripen at "9"
Flankers and Fulcrums would be "11 or 12"

The Euros ( other than the Brits ) just don't have a lot of materials experience. Rafale is a nice stealthy shape but it has a lot of details that would get you spikes as well as it's intakes.
Pak FA would probobly be a "8" maybee a "7".

Well I certainly would not put the J-10 any higher than the current and evolving Euro planes, a "9" at best.
The J-20 is a huge unknown but I have read some ridiculous quotes today from some military types. I'm kind of embarrassed at what they said because it just points them out as knuckleheads or politicos trying to up F-22 production. I support more Raptors but not by lying and hyping the situation. Reminds me of the bomber and missile gap bluster against the Russkies.

IF (and that's a huge IF at this point ) the J-20 is what it appears to be, I would put it at say a "5 or 6" on our little stealth scale, but I bet it turns out to be more like a "7 or 8".
