According to the statement of the Air Force of the United States, "the designation B-21 bomber means that long-range (LRS-B) is the first bomber of the 21st century." The department noted that the aircraft image is based on a digital model of the firm Northrop. Currently no LRS-B prototype has yet been built.
The B-21 like its predecessor, the Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit, which is now in service with the US Air Force. And it's not just the look that links the two planes.
