The PAK FA?

I can't see the Russians suddenly jumping to F-22 levels of stealth with the PAK FA considering they've never made anything stealthier than like the F/A-18E/F. Sure they studied the F-117 after '99 but that was already outdated technology at that point so who knows. I imagine that the PAK FA will probably be the stealthiest thing they've produced considering they've practically cloned a YF-23 and F-22 lovechild but in design only. It's not necessarily a game-changer to air combat and I'm sure India will make some improvements to it, after all their version of the Su-30 is the most advanced one they have.

PAK FA is just a modified Flanker, the closest comparative would be the Super Hornet, but it won't even reach that level I'm sure.

Fullback may be outdated compared to the US but as a striker it would be more capable than most anything available elsewhere, Typhoon might come close but not in a payload/range comparison.

Yes she certainly can carry alot, but that just means more lost investment in weapons when she is shot down...

The proliferation of advanced SAMs is the biggest threat to that aircraft... Thus many other countries can indeed defend against it...

True enough, the Sovs have thrown a huge spanner in the works with thier double digit SAMs.
Only one plane in the world can overfly them and that has always been my major support for the Rap. We DON'T need the Raptor and it's HUGE price tag to kill Flankers, we NEED the Raptor AND it's huge price tag so we can kill Flankers while NOT getting shot down by this new gen of SAMs. The F-35 will hopefully only have to worry about one of those problems at a time.

PAK-FA is semi-pretty.. but stealthy, I dunno... honestly I expect that China will field something stealthy before the Russians do.
