I'm having trouble running the toolkit setup with windows 10. I'm seeing if there is a driver to install in order to run the toolkit setup so I can run fighters anthology toolkit program.

The toolkit is a 16 bit program and 64 bit windows won't run it.

is there a way to change the windows 10 64 bit to 16 bit to run the toolkit setup?
