Here is an idea I came up with that perhaps someone could try or maybe already have.

Texture the SU-35B Forest (which isn't that overlapping fill effect)
Then rather than use the SU35B shape, use the SU35 shape as we know it can be painted right? Only obstacle here is editing the shape file of the SU35 to "match" the SU35B texture file so that it loads just the same. I'd give it a shot but this is a little out of my league and I don't have a hex editor.

On some other strings didn't I hear mention of Cockpits you made?
Got anything for an F-86? Maybe a doctored up F-8 or something.

Nope I stay away from cockpits, haven't bothered to get into them... however I have a great F-16 skin almost done? lol

Cent why dont you want to use the default SU-35B shape then? It is the perfect base coat for that skin. However if you want that skin for the all grey version of the standard SU35 shape I can make you one...

I was planning on releasing a series of skins for the SU-35 shape anyway in the next few weeks.

PS - The skin you want is what I have in FA Futures..

I wound up using the default SU-35B to represent the Su-37.

Nope don't really need it at all, no room for anymore skins or else I lose XP Compatibility, which would make me very angry. hehe

Is that the limit to XP compatibility? The max number of files in each lib? Do you know what that upper file limit # is?
