made an CF-100 with exchangable guns, you can either have 2000 rounds of 12.7mm machine gun or 58 57mm UR as well as the wingtip mounted URs.

Rockets are fun. Back in the olden days I made some 1950s era LIB work with rox on many planes designed to shoot down bombers. Fun to use but hard against AC. Ahh nothing like tons of rockets hitting the ground though :)

Yep, butthey are good againt bombers. I have tested them with a wingman, and from a safe ditance 2.5miles or so you can hit the bomber nicley it you aim right.

Do they disperse into a random pattern? I noticed this way back in the 714VFTS libraries and liked its realism, however I could not figure out how to emulate it without additional problems until recently. Now in FA Futures my rockets all disperse out instead of flying all compact in the same trajectory...

hee hee I had that ( a nice random spread pattern against land or air targets) way back in Kapset2 STILL available in stores, get yours NOW!! LOL

I did it with helo turret guns too, but it sucks with bullets, just too many probs.

With your rockets, what type of HUD symbology do you have and do they have gravity effects when unpowered? Also what type of response sounds do you get when firing them?

AI doesnt compensate for gravity, so I dont give gravity drop for many weapons.

Yeah the rockets are basically a missile so diamond in HUD and the "i'm taking a shot" nonsense (that's why I didnt use it for the guns)

hehe.. mine are different! They disperse and do not change the HUD symbology and gravity effects them immediately! especially once the rockt motors are exhausted!

Its something I figured out from the 714 libset...

And slpeaking of the 714 libset.... Guess what I found?

The climb rate, turn rate and G limit tables for all the aircraft that are int eh 714 libset...
