I only have two suggestions, one of which you may have tried.

First, go to the CHECK-SIX French Sim Site and ask around.

Second hit this board, it's an old JANE's board that Ky3Mu4 frequents, and post a request, I am not certain if his email is listed on his post or not, but he will probably answer your post.

Flatulent Fox, maybe compare your two installations and see what the differences are. I would think they would only have changes to the exe and lib files that contain text. But if your getting CTDs there may be something else changed. And are you saying by "F-Patched" that you applied the French patch to the English original exe? And please keep political discussions off this board.

You know I would post there, if the damn board ever let me! All it ever does is blank the message I try to post and come back to a new blank entrance window...

The problem is probably that the patch in the cracked is incompatible with the French version (i.e. the exe file).

I tell you I can't get over this thing! I am recommending it everywhere, especially the 369th. It's a marvelous little tool! You used to have to edit the autoexec file with the org. NO CD which kept me from using it I want you to know because messing with that can be deadly stuff especially when you're a klutz like me. But this is great! Ahhhhhhh what an invention!

Well I THINK I have figured out fully what he has altered in the EXE to get it to boot from the FA directory...

So this will be included in the new FA Futures release and make the running of the package alot easier!
