Dang it I'm in the middle of reloading after a reformat.
I'm comeing up with bad sectors on C again, I'll fiddle with this tonite after I get everything back up to speed.
But in the mean time, what CENT is refering to is opening the custom mission file (.M files) after you make it, useing a text editor (notepad WILL work if you use the "save" option not the "save as" option when your through editing see below) and useing this tech.
go here hit the tips and trick section, and go down to the part about custom hardpoints, and it is real easy after you do it a couple times.http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Hangar/5936/ And here is a tip of mine, use the "save" option NOT the "save as" and IF you want to rename it for some reason do that in explorer with the "rename" option but do not change ANYTHING after the period (example changeme.M) I'll explian further, you can change the part called changeme in my example BUT DO NOT CHANGE or even attempt to rewrite the .M part, move your cursor past the .M then edit the name if you write the .M even though it appears the same it will not be recognised as an .M file. This way you won't screw up what type of file it is. This is a handy trick when working with .MT files (mission text) for mission text also. And working with files in JANE's WWII Fighters, and I also had to resort to this when I worked with most of the IL2 formats also.Plus in a lot of ways this is a better way to adjust the hardpoints. Because first you can have each F-14 (in this example) have a different loadout. Second it's easier to be certain everybody in a mulitiplayer situation is running the same lib, since it's the the mission that's changed and based on a well known lib, not a custom one you have to pass around. If I can help with Mfile editing, or MTfile editing just drop me an email, or post here, most anybody here will help.
I may have to replace my C drive today, so if I'm not around for a couple of days I appoligise.
