The music on FA is terrible, but it is pretty good on ATF. Is there anyway I can import ATF Gold music into FA? Thanks.

Run winamp in the background on your computer and turn off the music. It's the best thing I can think of period. I do this frequently in AA:O and other FPS games and even FA. Turn the volume on winamp to like 50% and there you go! If you have Windows XP it is great since winamp does use significant resources and Windows XP is definitely resource friendly whereas other OS's (FAT32 based) are not.

this f***s up the FA sound in Win98 (at least it used to do that to me). Only works in XP AFAIK.

There are ways to change the music. Speedy sould know more about it. I have been successful at changing the normal inflight music after reading one of his or Cent's tips.

Not ATF related, but the above link and go to --> Mscellaneous, have made a few music libs, that you just have to download into your FA directory and Hit Ctrl+V ingame for the music to roll..

Thanks to Speedy and Cent for the tips and the hosting.

Really? I can't say I ever tried in W98. Thanks I'll be sure to include this in the manual.

yea, just checked again, in 98 FA wont allow Winamp to use sound at the same time. Playing Audio CD with Media player does work, though (but not Audio CD in WinAmp).

That's insane. I didn't even know that about W98. Good thing I never tried to play winamp on W98.
