In CAG's fixed bugs report, he says there is a helo-operable oil rig off the east coast of North Korea.

I can't find it!

Oops... I removed it! lol... Sorry! I removed it to lower the number of items on the map...

I can add it back if you think its something of major interest...

Well let's think about this first. If you can make an oil rig helo capable couldn't you make a Ticonderoga helo capable? And yes a helo capable oil-rig isn't a bad idea especially for operations of escort duty ya know. Escort some MH-60s to the rig to drop spec forces and such. Hmmm let's give it some thought.

Already did that. My newest Tico is actually a functional airport, it just wont move or fire weapons... Its weird, I cant use the carrier format to make it an airport, but I can use the stationary airport...

It CTDs whenever I try to use the carrier type NT file instead of the Airport OT file. So the Helo capable Tico is only a scenery item...

I removed the oil rig, becasue I found out there were no oil rigs off the Korean coast... I figured I would save them until I redid the middle eastern and north sea maps...

I think it may have something to do with the elevation height of the runway... The carrier decks are all the same height... also all have very flat deck for almost, if not all, the length of the deck...

Well with the next FAF relase you will be able to use the Tico Airbase out to see for antisub/anti ship/ SAR missions and it will even take an AV-8B or F-35B...
