Hey I cant get FA to work anymore. It used to run fine on XP and stuff but recently I installed windows 2000 and whenever I try to start FA up it just has a brief black screen like its starting but then goes back to the desktop. The auto-play feature of the CD wont come up on my screen either, even though it says its running.

Does FA just not work with windows 2000? Is there some kind of patch to fix my problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Solution is simple. Use the red disc to boot up FA instead of the blue one. Or just install the FA-NOCD with Patch and you'll be fine.

Yes Windows 2000 is odd and I don't know why. Both XP and 2000 use NTFS but with XP you can use the blue disc. XP is just more game friendly.

The beginning game movie player is incompatible with windows 2000, thus if you boot from the red disk, instead of the blue disk, you do not attempt to play the startup movies and it boots under win 2k...

CAG out....
