I finally found my old copy of FA and installed it on WinXP Pro SP2. It runs well, no CTDs etc, but just too fast. Its like as if it is running in 8X the standard speed. Can anyone help me here plz.

AMD XP 3200+
1 GB PC 3500 RAM
ATI 9800PRO 128MB CAT 4.12
AUDIGY GAMER

Do you have the patch installed?

Three versions at the top of the page: depending on the language version:

There are no cockpit files for that resolution, so for the moment thats not possible. I wonder if it would work to create 1024x768 cockpit files, but I don't expect it to work, since the show/hide function for the cockpits at the different resolutions is probably hardcoded into the sim.

The HUD file has no links to any cockpit graphics at that resolution...

You should come by the VNFAWING.com Forums at

http://vnfawing.com/forum/ and check into what we are doing...

From our Cockpit Development forum...

(BTW Tank, great job not even mentioning us to him...)
