I've recently installed FA on a Windows 2000 based pc, but have had nothing but crashes, when trying to fly a mission other than the "TakeOff" training mission. Does anyone know of a patch that will allow FA to work with Win2000? Either message here or direct to e-mail. Thanks in advance...

Is it 1.02 patched? And also when you run the patch you will need to copy the default .lib files from someone with W98 as the fa102 patch does not fix them.

Yes, I've patched to Ver 1.02f.

Please clarify: "when you run the patch you will need to copy the default .lib files from someone with W98 as the fa102 patch does not fix them."

It believe he means, that when running Win2k the patch executable doesnt update the FA libraries like it should, so the only recourse is to obtain a copy of patched libraries from someone who has successfully patched while on Win98...

Look try this first,

Install
Patch to 1.02F (OfficialPatch)
Then try useing the No-CD Crack .... here

But if that don't do it ... I'm still running 98'.

That doesn't work Fetch you need the updated default LIBs from someone with WIN98.
