two ways.
#1, just insert the disc and that "Janes" screen should come up, one of the options ( along with Quit, Play, Uninstall etc ) should be "Patch". Just click it and follow the instructions.
#2, open the CD from My Computer with Explorer, find the folder named "Patch", read the Read Me's, and then double click the fae102.exe
Mine is a 3.4GH P4 with a GIG of RAM and with the patch it runs fine, without it it runs FA at somewhere over 120FPS
