Yes there is a simply way to do this, if you are starting on a runway, put aircraft above the runway, then specify they have almost zero fuel with the fuel command, and they will crash into the airbase.
If you dont want to see the pilots ejecting, then use aircraft, like helos, that have no ejector seats.
You can also put enemy guns at your base and they will fire on the base if you set them up with the base as their target...
