Hello all, I want to say first of all that I'm totally shocked that a community for this great game still exists! I haven't played FA in probably 7 or 8 years (if not longer), but finding this site with a still (very) active forum made me dig up my old CD's to find the game.

It's installed fine and whatnot, but nowadays I use a USB joystick, and for some reason when I get in game, my aircraft starts rolling left on its own. When I try to roll back right, the aircraft stops dead as if I've centered the joystick (in otherwords, it won't turn right).

Is this a known issue at all? Obviously I can't go to Janes for support or anything, so you guys are my best bet! I'd appreciate any help, and once I get the issues resolved, I'd love to fly sometime!

Did you install the FA Patch?

Also, did you calibrate your joystick in control panel?

What type of joystick is it, and does it require some special drivers?

And what type of stick do you have it setup in FA as (from the ingame drop down menu)?
