I just installed FA for the 3rd time on my Win XP PC. For some reason a lot of the audio is squeaky, particularly radio transmissions. Pilots sound like they're on He rather than O2. Does anyone have any idea how to repair or fix this? My specs are as follows: CPU: Intel P4 3.00 Ghz RAM: 3.00 Gb Video Card: Radeon 1650 Sound Card: SB Live 24 Bit; Driver 5.12.1.514 I know other Janes Sims have issues with newer hardware (Longbow 2 was a bear to get running). Could this be similar? |

Did you install it with digital audio? Did you install the Jane's 1.02F patch? What is your sound board and what driver are you using? Is your system XP Home or XP Pro and what service pack? |

It is FA 1.02 With Digital Audio. I'm running XP Home SP 2. For the Card it is a Creative Sound Blaster Live! 24 Bit Internal sound card. |

You can try rolling the driver back to an earlier version. That is what I did to solve a similiar issue... |
