 Post subject: Aircraft building

Thought I would ask this just out of curiosity. Say you are making aircraft with your own custom flight envelopes in FATK: since none of the default flight models are accurate anyway, and you're going to modify the hell out of them, does it really matter which stock plane you start out with?

Best person to ask is Kaptor...

But in my VERY humble opinion I would have to say YES it does matter quite alot! As you can pick a FM that has the right number of G tables already existing and has the correct max speeds (or close to it) to make it easier to build your plane...

But again I would ask Kap as he is the absolute leader in FA FMs!

Keeping a fighter as a fighter and a bomber as a bomber will greatly lessen your problems. There is STILL a VAST amount about FA that we do not know, the PT files alone have large areas that CAG and I still dont understand fully.
