Hey guys, Im either just not remembering how to use the toolkit or unable to do what I need to do in XP. Ok so here's afew things Im trying to accomplish, 1 paint/make skins, 2, I want to change the default smoke with transparent smoke (not by editing the JTs) I want to keep the default file name and just change the smoke to transparent or make a new skin for the "Smoke.pic" Anyway the trouble Im heaving is that whenever I pain't anything in FA it comes out all wrong in game with the white background around it. I remember I had this in the past when I made skins but there was something I had to do to fix it so my skins came out normal. I jsut can't remember what. Sorry for such a noob question but its been about 8 years or more lol.. < S > Blue skies. |

You need to use a different graphics editor than paint in XP... I use the older paintshop pro 7. Once you get something similiar you will have to change the pallet of the transparency to a different pallet to maintain the transparency... |
