The VNFAWING.com website is shutdown... The Host Service wiped the site out and my backups went with my now dead development system... Also with little to no interest left in this old simulation I could not justify the $300.00 renewal expense.

I wish everyone here a good future on any developments and hopefully Zephyr will maintain his site for all the files he now hosts...

CAG over and out.

Sorry to hear you go, or anyone for that matter.

If someday I host some of your files on my website, are you OK with that provided I give you credit for it?

My site cost nothing other than my basic internet access. I'm alloted up to 250 MB.

This is very sad.

It's too much work for one person and time is merciless.

One chapter in the history of FA development is ended.

This is very unfortunate for the evolution of this old but not bad game that is this simulator Fighters Anthology.

I hope there will be a next library from the FA Futures Korea series ... There are very good ideas in this game, it would be a pity that there is no more ...

An update with new shape files for aircrafts, weapons, other objects, and new detailed texturing, redone flight models ... available in the FARC? ...I know it takes time but it would be great.

Shame to see another great FA community resource come to end but it's understandable. Despite having moved onto other sims (primarily DCS), the flexibility of FA has been what's kept me coming back to it. I wish it could get an overhaul not unlike what the original Doom has gotten with its modding community. I've thought about doing a refresh of all the aircraft and weapons (similar to JKPFA) but include the vary latest variants to keep up with the makeup of modern air forces. Time just isn't an ally in this matter.

"Development" ended long long ago...

Hobby work continues. But you will never see a copy of it.

Site was re-instituted to the web on Dec 27th 2017 when an old backup from the end of 2015 was discovered and uploaded to the site...

Another nice side effect is that the fee for the site for the next 4 years was 1/3 as much as it was in 2016... :D
