I was able to remove the nose and move the intakes in from the sides to replace them. So far it is successful and stable . Excuse the awful skin as its default FA. I didn't want to take a chance of skin errors causing issues while testing the shape file...
As you can see the profile already has that MiG-19 look to it, but the intake doesn't. But have no fear, when I am finished reshaping the nose it will look the part of a true MiG-19 intake! I just wanted to share my initial success with the rough reshaping. Now comes the detailed work...
