Hi, everyone. I have installed Fighter Anthology on my Windows 10 computer and the sim itself works just fine but the reference disc CD2 crashes everytime I click on the button for aircraft photos or any of the details buttons. Dont know what to do, and Ive searched the internet and come up with nothing helpful. I would appreciate any help that could help me with this and I thankyou guys for taking the time to read this. Basically all of the reference stuff is on the red CD (CD2). If you use a no-cd you should be able to get around it with installing the FA4C and FA7 LIBs that I have available here. If you aren't using the NO-CD, I don't know if this will work you just need to have the red CD. The reference material isn't necessarily game critical so it shouldn't stop you whatsoever from playing at least if you cannot resolve. |

In addition to what Cent said. If you are using the Virtual Drive method, try this: 1. Restart computer. 2. Load the Red Disk into Virtual Drive. 3. Start game and go straight to References. On my Windows Me computer, if I load Blue disk first, and then Red disk, the game crashes automatically. If I follow the 3 steps above, I get to view References. One major caveat to this. If you are trying to use References on a Fighters Anthology with someone's project loaded, many times it'll crash too. I only view References on a default Fighters Anthology only. |

thanks to both of you for responding. I uninstalled FA from my Windows 10 system and installed the game to vm ware on a windows xp virtual drive. All the features on the reference CD are now accessible. I enjoy the photos and other data and info on the Red CD and now its working fine. I guess the newer operating systems dont work well with this particular disc; or it doesnt like them. Anyway, thankyou guys for your help, it payed off. Shaun |
