I did my usual (except in USNF97 TK, of course). I imported with the USNF97 toolkit, and it is labeled 'Read Only.' So, then I used LibHack to disassemble and reassemble the lib. However, when importing, it is still set as 'Read Only.' LibHack, I conclude from this experience, is only for Fighters Anthology files. If anyone has a solution to this conundrum, please post.
