Just an idea; with the FA source code available, would it be possible to have a new and/or improved toolkit? And now, look what interesting stuff I just found on the XB-70! http://www.labiker.org/xb_photos.html If you go there and scroll down to about 1/3 down, you will be able to see some photos of the Soviet "Valkyrieski" Su-100! And then for a REALLY unusual tank....... http://www.nemo.nu/ibisportal/5pansar/5 ... rtank1.htm FlatulentFox out! |

Just discovered another site about the unusual (to say the least!) "Tzar Tank": http://www.geocities.com/MadisonAvenue/ ... k_main.htm With a "thing" like that in FA, I guess my FlatulentFox call-sign could need to be changed to "FlatFox"....... lol! FlatulentFox out (and running away!) Unusual ideas from an unusual flyer. |

I still can't get access to VNFAWING. Whats the news with the source code? And does this mean we can create new shapes now? |

I don't think there'll be a new toolkit as the lib and all other file formats are still the same. Moreover I think nobody here has got the Toolkit source-code. |

The sourcecode is in assembly language. Its a reverse engineered code from several different disassemblers... Just formulating it into a usable coherent programming code will not be easy. It will, most likely, have to run through a compiler/converter to get the code transported into C++ or some other such usable language. As it stands right now we are just touching the tip of the iceberg... But the future for FA never looked brighter! |
