Post subject:  Some screens of some of the New Eye Candy for FA Futures...
Here are some screens of some of the improvements I have made in the next version of FA Futures...

Including something I can not believe I forgot to mention previously...

All of the new cockpits that have mirrors represented, now have fully functional mirrors! This means you can now fly with mirrors turned on in FA Futures! Also the new mirrors reflect the new terrain and not the old standard FA terrain...

Mirrors are now available in all SU-27 variants (27,32,33,35,37) and all Su-25s(25s and 39s) MiG-29 variants, F-14A,B, & Ds, F-15 A/Bs and C/Ds, F-18C/Ds and E/Fs, F-111s, Mirage 2000s, F-5s, EF2000s, A-10s, A-37s, AV-8Bs, to name just a few!

Add to this that all the cockpits themselves in FA Futures have been improved even further, with more detailing and enhanced graphical quality...

As you can see the mirrors are now fully functional in this AV-8B Harrier...

Plus you can see the steam rising from the cooling towers of the nuclear reactor in this and the next several shots...

Notice also the Darkened Canopy of the Harrier and the new USMC cammo skin...

Not to be left out, the standard Industrial complexes also emit smoke from their stacks...

Also all airbase graphics have been improved, as well as airbase building skins. Plus all airbases now exhibit damaged graphics when destroyed (no pic yet you will have to downlaod FA Futures to see it!)

Forgot to mention... Look for pics of additional improved cockpits and skins in the next pics, including the improved Admiral Kuznetsov for Kap!

also has Jimbo done a "gold" canopy for F-16 or EA-6B?

Jimbo has tried the F-16 but its canopy shape is garbage (pyramid-like). As for the Prowler I haven't made any attempts yet... however if I am given the skin for it I will try.

Yes a multi shaded gold tinted canopy would be very nice for those two aircraft. I currently have darkened canopies for both of them.

Jimbo I based my EA6B on the default skin using the default canopy outline. I will email it to you tomorrow. If you could possibly expermient with it and give me an answer by Friday or Saturday I might possibly be able to include it in the next release of Futures...

Think you can give it a try?

After my last post I started trying new things with this canopy with the default skin. So far it doesn't look too bad with this tinted cockpit I'm just unsure about an entire gold canopy, shouldn't it be more of a black canopy with a gold glare or something along those lines?

Find some effective photos, which have exactly what I need and that would be great. And as for the rest of the FA FUTURES canopies are they just colored? or do they include a faded pilot like my previous canopies. If so tell me that too so I know whether or not to insert them.
