Post subject:  Aircraft menu question
Hi,

Is it possible to blank out all the aircraft other than the one you have modified in a lib?
Like the Quick mission creator aircraft menu?
Also, I have a few bmps on IAF squadron patches, is there a way that these patches can be attached/ stuck to aircraft's nose/ tailplane?

'Blanking an aircraft'... You will have to create new aircraft PTs over the default ones. It is the only way that I know of to remove them.

Hi CAG,

I mean, If I have modded around 30 planes in a lib, then I want just the 30 to appear in the aircraft selection menu, and not the rest unmodded..
Do you mean to say, this is possible if I overwrite each planes name with a blank?

Okay here is teh fix. Go to all the user flyable planes (the F-18, F-14, etc) and make them unflyable. That'll take them out of the menu when you go to Quick Mission & have Fly Any Plane off. But you must have your 30 planes as flyable. If you mean in the PMC then you got a lot of work ahead of you because yes everything will have to be overwritten with a blank name. Do what I did in OPKR. All North Korean AF planes are DPRKAF: xxxxxxxxxxx (xxx being the plane name) and all USAF are USAF: xxxxxxx

So basically its just easier to use those plane :)

THat is just about the same thing I mentioned above Cent... He could do that OR use the date filter and overwrite all the PTs of aircraft in the 1980s and beyound section with his new planes, then use that date filter so only those aircraft appear, then he wouldnt have to overwrite all the other PTs...

Yeah and the at the same time increase the size of your LIB. Best thing to do Manoj is just make it noticeable what you changed and leave the rest be.
