The answer to my problem was answered in this post on the FARC board:
http://users.boardnation.com/~zephyr106/index.php?board=1;action=display;threadid=485

Simply, go to the FA.exe file -> right click -> properties -> compatibility -> compatibility mode & select Windows 98/ME

Now I havn't tried to put on GR6 or FA Futures but I'm pretty sure they won't mess it up any.

Downlaod the new version when you get a chance from VNFAWING.com and let me know if you can run it without compatibility settings...

Thanks!

That may be due to the following things:

A. You must have an NTFS file system to play FA and even use XP correctly.

B. You may have a LIB conflict as XP is finicky.

Now I have Windows XP Pro and I have no problems running FA other than LIB conflicts here and there that can easily be solved by rebuilding and splitting. So if anyone cannot get either FA or the TK or work with XP then it is their own system because everything works A-Okay here.
