Here are a few screens of the some of the Airbase templates I have completed for FA Futures Korea 2000. Details include multiple taxiways, new buildings, realeastic SAM and AAA placements, tree groves, scenery aircraft and vehicles. These template missions are all read only and used for a basis for the FA Futures user to create missions with releastic bases for use as either mission beginning and ending areas or for targets. Full sized versions of these images will soon be available on the http://VNFAWING.com website...

I like the extra long runways. When I see them I just want to fly a B-52 off of them! Good work.

Thanks! And the BUFF needs the length or you will stall out on ascent!

Yeah during Iraqi Freedom Foxnews had camera's at RAF Lakenhearth (or worth) and Buffs were taking off using the whole runway. It's amazing how something so big, ugly, and bulky can get off the ground and fly the way it does.

You should notice also, all the new items on the airbases, the new concrete taxiways that tie in so well to the main airbase at Seoul and the main hangars, the new Concrete Grey Hardened shelters with the exhaust vents for the aircraft in the rear... (these are Not HAS #8s!)...

The new runway markers at Kimpo International Airport...

None of these items are in the current release of FA Futures... All this, and many more items will become available when I finish off all the airbase template missions for the entire Penisula. You see I have found a way, through editing the source code, to reduce the number of files necessary in FA Futures to remove the tail art and other 'overwritten' files to allow their removal from the libraries, reducing the number of files by 100 without removeing any of the usable items in the libraries..

realy like the sort of "reveted" HAS's in pic 3.
How much of the new taxiways are used by the AI? I'm guessing not the curved ones.
Will you be using "star of david" SAM scenery?

I have suggestion for you, instead of having 'ghost' airbase.. You should add cart, soldier, people, parted aircraft on every parking... or mostly, fuel truck, and everything, including a bird! lol

It's better than having 'ghost' airbase when there's no one on airbase except you.

Eagle, that is impracticle... FA has strict limits on item numbers within missions. To even get the airbases to this degree of sophifisication requires the useof many of those items. Any additional items will strictly limit the availablity of assets to be added in the missions themselves.

he MIGHT mean adding the other objects as art on the airport graphics. I did this with the tarmac on the "choose plane" screen in the campaigns for KAP3 I think it looks WAY better with stuff out there rather than just a blank patch of cement.

you mean alter the skins of the airbases to have aircraft parked on them as images? That would be ok in some of the areas of the airbases, as they are not used for AI or human aircraft to park, but you can add scenery aircraft for that...

Not sure if that would look good or not... have to experiment with it...

Ahh, I'm learning more about what limit and unlimit FA have, and more I learn, the better suggest I will give to you okay?

Thansk for your information, and I appericate for your patience, sir!
