I looking forward to seeing remod 6 up there,
I bet it's going to be real popular.
There really wasn't many FA downloads on FilePlanet.
Hopefully with some of the newer lib. and mods
up there a few more people will dig up their old FA games.

Also be aware they will host links to your sites,
on the opening page when someone enters the FA lobby.
It would be killer if when someone entered the lobby
they would get links to CENTs, CAG's and ZEPHYR's sites
and the modders sites.

Really how do you get them to do that?

GR6 is submitted along with War on Terror. I submitted 4 and we're 2/4 right now so let's see what they produce in the next few days.

I did not put my site up because well it's to small and just my personal stash.
But I believe there should be at least one of the FA "SUPER-SITES" (how do you like that classification CENT and ZEPHR) represented.
Go FilePlanet Home hit the contact link and just email them with a link and description. And simply ask them to post a link to your site.
I'm telling' ya these guys are "cool beanz" I'll probably be flying with a couple of em one of these weekends (F/A-18E). They really play this stuff. Just start a correspondence with them.

READ THIS
For a kick ass site like yours, they may even invite you to be hosted, along with all your files you have complied. Just talk to em Cent they want to help. But think about long and hard before you commit, because you may not like not haveing complete control over it anytime you want. They concider what they host as THEIR property. And with a SUPER SITE at FilePlanet to may reduce traffic to the current sites. So think about the long term effects of what you do. I speak from experience I.E. some things that happend to Fritzdog (remember him, what a guy, I miss him) and his dealings with DOGFIGHTER.COM. FilePlanet is great .... but they WILL let you do all the leg work for them and they reap the benefits. LOOK before you LEAP. Personally I'd go for a link and maybe submit the content (files) but I will never ever be hosted by a DOGFIGHTER.COM, or a SIMARENA, or a COMBAT.NET type thing again.

Nah I don't want to be hosted by them. I don't like the idea at all of not being able to control my own stuff. As far as them hosting files, that I don't mind at all but otherwise a big negative.
