Just wondering if anyone can give me some help...

I have an wingman extreme digital 3d joystick......and I have noticed it is always 14% to 26% off center to the right......

Can't find a way to adjust this...so that it sits at the 0 , 0 mark when standing still....

sitting at it's natrual state....it is off center.....

any advice would be appreciated.

You need to calibrate the joystick in your control panel in windows...

If that does not fix it.
Try this ....
Instead of leaveing the POV that controls the view by default,
actualy program it to the keys that do the same thing.
I.E.
The pan view "arrows" up, down, left, and right, to the POV.
That will take care of it, it's a common problem.

P.S.
I take it from this post everything installed and is running OK.
I was curious since you where kind of a Guinea Pig,
so now I can send out more if and when needed.
Even though they worked on my machine after a uninstall,
I wanted to be sure.

I've already gone through 2 of those sticks I LOVE them but I wanted a seperate throttle and more buttons. If your talking about the plane trying to roll to the left try this: go to START/SETTINGS/CONTROL PANEL/GAMING OPTIONS, click on your controller, click CONTROLLER IDs, and uncheck that "poll with interupts enabled" box . SOMETIMES that helps. I had that prob several times with F-15 and only a re-start would fix it.

Fetch,

Oh, no...I haven't got your CD in the mail yet.....I was just talking about my joystick in general....and with Jane's FA-18 to be exact....was just looking for advice....

What I did was go download the latest drivers...from logictech...and it re-calibrated my stick for me....and seems to be working fine now....so problem fixed....

I think the CD you sent me should arrive tomorrow....can't wait to play FA again!!

I'm glad you came back and told us how you fixed that,
because it is a very common problem.
Each set-up has it's own fix,
and this post will help someone in the future.
I kinda wish we had a tech. problem section so these,
and the ones about XP and stuff would not get
pushed down and lost in the mix so quick.
