Try as I might, to get the website upgrade completed on time, I have been unsuccessful. Despite working on the site 10 hours a day for the last four days straight, and 5 hours a day for the week prior to that, it is still not finished. I found myself cutting corners to complete the work to open the site tonight. This is what I did last time when I originally opened the site. It is something I will not repeat. The site's Internet Portal will not be complete for some time, but that is not holding up the opening. The conversion of all the remaining pages from the old site and finishing off the new design and completing all the absent content that led to so many dead links previously on the site is what is taking me time. So far I have converted about 50 pages and I have roughly about 10 pages left to implement before the site opens. I will attempt to get this accomplished tomorrow to open the site tomorrow evening... I will keep everyone up to date and I am sorry I am missing the deadline... again! CAG out... |
