What does everyone think about the concept FB-22/X-44 MANTA fighter bomber.

If you haven't heard of it, look it up yourself, but frankly, I am intrigued.

From an altitude of 60,000 (sounds like a lot... I might be a little off) it would drop satellite guided bombs with pinpoint precision on its targets, and it would carry a few AMRAAMs to defend itself also.

there seems to be only 2 reasons to build FB-22.
1) it would be faster than B-2
2) it would be cheaper and easier to produce than B-2 ( face it we aint never gonna see new B-2s)
IF we see a FB-22 it wont be anything like the artwork, it will just be a F-22 with a fusalage plug for more fuel and weapons, the money isnt there for anything more elaborate.

It would be cheaper than a B-2... Hell... you could but 4-5 for the price of 1 B-2.

It can't carry the same load, that's for sure, but 24 satellite guided bombs per sortie is 24 targets hit within a foot of the intended spot.
