I found this site and it looks fake to me, but I don't know.

Could anyone divulge any solid info for me concerning these supposed Machete and STALMA aircraft.

I think it's fake too, but I still can't be sure. You never know... they might have tried to hook the military on their concepts, but probably failed, and/or didn't have enough money for a venture like this.

take a look at that armament page, doesn't something look a little fishy? Retail weaponry for military agencies. That's just not right... And besides, there's no actual image of a real working model. Because it's not a good business practice to advertise something that might not exist. It also seems like they're marketting to the civilian population instead of military agencies!

It could be anything. You know a lot of business classes in college have you form a fake company and such and advertise and so on and so fourth. Additionally, it could very well be a part of a role playing game.
