I remember flying USNF years ago and finding Chernobyl and hearing that wonderful radiation warning.

Does it exist in FA and if so, where do I have to fly in the Ukraine map to find it?

That mission can be found by going to the FARC link under Zephyr Net header. Go to Missions.
