Fuel ingestion/Flame out Your engine stalls. Wait about 8 seconds, and hit the keys 1-6
Turbine failure Your turbine is screwed, and you lose engine power
Compressor failure Your compressor is screwed, and you lose engine power
Fuel Pump failure You fuel supply is stopped, and you lose engine power
Engine damage 10-30% of engine power is lost
Engine seriously damaged Your engine will overheat, and catch fire
Engine over heating Engine is 50% on the way to catching fire
Engine shutdown One engine has been shutdown
Left engine shutdown Your left engine has been shut down
Right engine shutdown Your right engine has been shut down
Engine on fire You have 10-20 seconds until your engine explodes
Fire extinguished The fire has been stopped
Compressor damage, keep throttle back Keep engine power at 25% to avoid compressor failure
Tailpipe damage, afterburner disabled Your afterburner is not available

Oil/Hydraulic Damage
Oil pump damaged, keep throttle back If your engine is set over 25%, it will overheat
Oil lines damaged You run out of oil, then your engine overheats
Out of oil Your aircraft has run out of oil and will overheat
Hydraulic damage You will lose control effectiveness until you lose all control
Gear/Flapss/Brakes jammed You can not lower/raise any of this
Hydraulic lines damaged Hydraulic fluid is lost at .5% a second. Multiple hits increase this
Hydraulic fluid low You have lost a lot of fluid and your flaps/brakes/gear freeze in their current positions
Hydraualic fluid depleted Your hydraulic fluid has run out
Hydraulic lines on fire Your plane will explode in 10-15 seconds

Control Surface Damage
Autopilot unavailable, due to system damage You can't use autopilot as your control surfaces are damaged
Throttle stuck You can't adjust your throttle
Control lines damaged Your control inputs are ineffective
Control lines unstable Your planes movement is random
Elevators/Ailerons/Rudder damaged The effectiveness of these is lessened

Structure Damage
Approaching stall Your wing has lost stable airflow, and you are about to stall
Controlled stall Although you are in a stall, you have control
Exceeding maximum speed If you don't reduce your speed, your plane will break apart
Wing structure failing Your wings are starting to peel off
Wings ripped off Your wings have fallen off, and your plane explodes
Structural damage don't pull high G's If you exceed 6/-4 G, you plane will fall apart

Avionic Damage
Nav system damaged Your ILS is inactive
Laser seeker damaged Your laser is inactive
IR seeker damaged Your IR system can't function
Radar damaged Your radar is screwed
RWR damaged Your RWR is stuffed

Weapons/Counter measure damage
Chaff/Flare dispenser damaged You can't release Chaff/Flare
ECM device damaged You can't use jamming
ECM system damaged You can't use Chaff/Flares/Jamming
Hardpoints damaged You can't release/use wapones on one or more hardpoints
Gun/Missile damaged Your weapons on a hadpoint are damaged
External fuel tank damaged Your external fuel can't be used

I did end up fixing errors and broken links on my website instead of getting these pages active so I will work on getting them active on Monday...

Wow, in that case you have my full respect. I wish I served in the military, but my parents were 100% unsupportive. The only military I served in was Civil Air Patrol. Several of my old CAP friends are in the military (one of which graduated Colorado Springs and is currently flying F-16's... no lie!)

Dont discount your contribution. The Civil Air Patrol has a very long and distinguished service history.

Though I am sorry your family was unsupportive. In the end, though, you may have ended up better off...

Mine family was the opposite of yours. I did not have a choice. My service was dictated to me from birth.

Water under the bridge though... Many decades ago.

So lets concentrate on our work here instead. :D

Yea I heard, but they are all out of date birds now... No stealth means just a target...

I wonder how much frontal stealth their new fighter design will actually have...
