I'll be busy over the weekend but I will TRY to post up some new info and pics regarding possible upgrades to the SH. This aircraft will be for international customers who can't get or don't want the F-35, of course if the F-35 somehow falls through it would be a back-up plan for the U.S. Navy.
The new Hornet will have new missile and LASER warning sensors and systems, conformal fuel tanks very much like the F-16, and a stealthy pod that doubles as a weapons bay!

The pod as a weapons bay actually goes waaaaay back to the early days of the ATF and pre JAST programs.

Well my pic just got ruined with water damage!!!!! :evil:
