Here are a few shots of the completed Challenger 2 tank...

I built the turret and the hull separately from the same shape, that being the original ZSU30.SH file.

Nice work. Turret is much better than on your previous M1A1. Detailed cannon shape and antennas is a great upgrade.

Thanks... But I think I made the turret a little to big... going to have to downsize it just a tad... Then it will be finished.

Worked hard to find a shape to get enough skinned polygons to make the cannon... This shape will be the basis for the new M1 turret as well as the new Chinese, South Korea, North Korea, and Chinese tanks...

Almost finished on the new infantry fighting vehicles with missile launchers and moving turrets... To bad I hadnt figured out how to do all this stuff back in '98... would have increased the life of this sim by decades.

Overall is proportionally fine, but the turret and hull is too high, I think.
Maybe, back of the hull should be a little bit longer, with usual external fuel tanks.

...but still it's great work CAG.

Turned out the turret was just to tall...

Once corrected in height it looks better now...

I think you might be right on the hull height. I will try making it a bit shorter in a few minutes.

Below is how it looks now after shortening the turret height...

The turret is absolutely GREAT now!

I think, you should little bit reduce the height of the hull (1 x height of hull = 2 x height of the turret).

Line where breaking the top of the hull and go down to front is where the turret begin.

It's a pity that the shape of hull is much less detailed than shape of turret.

Reduced Hull height slightly... I dont think its less detailed though... the drivers vision block and hull cutout are not just graphics. that is a real tunnel cut into the hull, plus the raised rear deck and exhaust mufflers and other items make it just as detailed...

Sorry, I take that back...you're right CAG. I always forget that you're working on the very edge of the possibilities of this ancient game.
I only wanted to say, it's a shame that the hull of the tank is not divided into at least three separate parts: a main body + two side parts with armored wheels, track link and mudguards.

All the proportions look right now.

Outstanding work!
