http://xbox.gamespy.com/xbox/janes-attack-squadron/ Look at the TBA.. it says 2006 Although its supposedly being released for console, Xbox etc. Would be great if we start seeing PC releases. Could this be a prelude for whats to come? Wonder how much Xicat interactive paid for the license and right to Janes Combat Sims. |

Jane's Attack Squadron was released years ago for PC: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/sim/janesattacksquadron/ March 2002 to be exact. http://pc.ign.com/articles/358/358587p1.html http://www.3dgamers.com/screenshots/games/attacksquadron/ It never caught on because the Il-2 series was superior in every way. I doubt its actually going to be released for consoles. Zephyr |

Wow looks like it did horribly. No wonder I havent heard much about it. I stopped playing when they closed the JCN lobby, and shut down the killboard. They advertently killed a whole online community. Even though most went to hyperlobby. Those there play IL2 more then anything. |

Sometimes when a company buys up another game maker they trot out some of the old titles for a "re-release". Maybe that's what is going on here ? |
