How to I make an aircraft an AWACS? I am trying to add this feature to the anti-stealth blimp.

The idea behind the anti-stealth blimp it that it can carry a radar antenna heavier more powerful than any aircraft can so that it can detect stealth aircraft easier.

First make sure the aircraft you want to edit is saved in the project (i.e. if it hasn't been edited yet, simply save it with the same name). Browse to your FA\Toolkit\Projects\Project Name folder and open the .PT file with a text editor. Scroll to the line:

;---------------- START OF PLANE_TYPE ----------------

The next line after this controls AWACS data links and thrust vectoring. If you change the number value of this line you can control both these features. Basically the values are:

dword $#### where #### is:

$2011 (prefix of 20)- provides air to air link
$4011 (prefix of 40)- provides air to ground link
$6011 (prefix of 60)- provides both links
$91 horizontal axis thrust vectoring
$591 horizontal and vertical thrust vectoring

ex: $4591 - 3d thrust vectoring /w ATG link

Here is what you do. I am taking this from the manual I am compiling on TK tips and such.

AWACS, J/STARS, and J/TIDS
This is how you make a plane give air to air link (AWACS), air to ground link (J/STARS), or both (J/TIDS). You'll want to find the selection below.

;---------------- START OF PLANE_TYPE ----------------

dword $11
ptr env
word –4
word 10

See the value marked. You take 2005 and add it to that if you want AWACS, in this case it would be $2016. You add 4005 for J/STARS ($4016) and you add 6005 for J/TIDS ($6016).
