It's not a graphics card problem. Those files are not installed by FA and FA tries to read them from the CD. You either need the CD or you have to add those files to your FA directory.

Of course you don't need the original files, you can copy and rename other FA full screen pictures to take their place. I used to have a list of the neccessary files, let me see if I find it.
