I have run into a problem creating a multi-player mission. When the briefing map appears and I lets just say I wish to change the default player aircraft, the game crashes and says not enough memory. Now, I have used as many aircraft as possible when creating the mission, it will say " can not use any more of that object " or whatever... does that have something to do with it? |

Possibly, but I can't say for sure. I know that the aircraft threshold seems to change sometimes, it is kind of unpredictable. But that many aircraft, plus all the other objects in your mission are a likely culprit. You may have to back off a little. |

Your mission is to large, to many objects (aircraft, ships, SAMs, AAA, Scenery items, vehicles, etc). You need to reduce it and sometimes you cant do it and you have to start from scratch. That is why, when creating missions, its always a good idea to make changes gradually, using variations of the mission name each time you make a change (MIS1, MIS2, MIS3, etc), so you have a fallback position to the previous version incase your changes make the the problem you just described above, so as to avoid starting form scratch... Its called COMMONSENSE... CAG out... |
