Hello, I was just wondering if anyone has looked into the games autopilot system and if it's hardcoded?
I felt it wouldn't hurt to ask anyway.
If it isn't hardcoded(I.e. it's moddable) I think I'm gonna look into getting a 'full combat' autopilot to work(Like the ones in Falcon 4 if any of you guys have played that).

It could be very useful for making machinima using the game for example, I've done a few vids in LOMAC where I only use AIs for missions.

Ummmm, let me put a real quick end to this string...

AUTOPILOT IS HARDCODED...

AI type control is seperate and is controled via AI files, but you cant access combat AI maneuvering for human controlled aircraft...
