Post subject:  Game crashes on Red Horizon campaign mission

Hello! Nice to meet you all!
Anyways I recently found FA after not playing it for a long time. I remember it as my fav fighting sim(still is).
Here's the problem:
While flying towards the first hostile SU something something jet i can shoot it down and continue. I then proceed to see two other enemy fighters and as soon as i lock and and fire my missile they turn towards me and the game crashes with one of those errors where you are asked to send an error report. Any help would be happily accepted:D
I have Xp home btw.

Welcome to you. :) :)

Are you using the FA patch for the game?
What is the name of the missions you are flying? Is it Red Storm Rising?
I have not heard of Red Horizon.

Maybe someone else could solve your problem. Stay tuned, help is on the way. :)

Regards,
Pappy

Does it crash only on that mission? or on all of them? Maybe there is something wrong with second mission only.

Cant diagnosis the problem without detail

What version of FA?
What version of XP?
What service pack level of XP?
What patch level of XP?

What video card?
What video card driver?
what video card driver version?

Any third party libs?
Any custom campaigns?

If custom campaign does it require a custom lib you did not use?

Rebooting should always be one of the first attempted fixes. 8)
