Hi, The next version of FAME has just been released. It has been tested with single missions. It doesn't currently support multiplayer, and - AFAIK (did not get an information, just seen some posts on forums complaining about it - so still I don't know what's bad) - it can smash it. So please do a backup before trying it with multiplayer. It has few improvements: - back up of original mission files (mission.m -> mission.bak), if anything goes wrong with your mission, You still have a backup copy of mission - just like it was before loading into FAME - listing of objects contains wings and positions of each plane - this would make an identification of planes easier, without giving each one unique name, - setting default ordnance for all objects - this could help You alter ordnance of all planes quickly, without clicking each object, choosing and setting ordnance, - weapons and equipment descriptions instead of filenames - except making decisions easier this looks quite better ![]() - more planes and ordnance sets for original FA supported - more than 150 sets for 40 planes; look for updates in database - it will be constant, independent of changes in program. You could fetch FAME from: http://strony.wp.pl/wp/maciej_kozinski/fame.html ActivePerl is required to run. Regards, Maciej P.S. I need some assistance. Could anyne send me .PT files of planes, which are not flyable in FA (even with FLY ALL - e.g. helicopters)? My FATK doesn't work ![]() P.S.2. Did anyone compile ActivePerl into binary or translated it into C, which could be compiled by GCC/MinGW? I know it is possible, but I need some tips... |
