Gentleman,

I,Lately,have a problem to connect to the game going IP or by HLpro.
I get a message error:WSAECONNREFUSED.

I can understand that the connection is refused,but not more then that.
I checked my firewall(OFF), Patch FAE 102(on).

Is there some one who could give me some help?

Thank you for your interest at my problem.

Yes I uninstalled & reinstalled Fighter Anthology few times ,same result.

A friend of my by the callsign of Bignap gave me this adress to check, but I don't know what to do about it.

First question, what operateing system ? 98, ME, or XP
Second This sounds like HL problem than TCP/IP, so contact jiri via the Hyperlobby messageboard, or email him.
Third, have you recently reformated, deleted your cookies, and are cookies even enabled on your computer?

Magnum asked me this very smart question:

Do use Zone Alert or some of that sort?

And that was the answer

On Zone Alert,under contact with zone labs,the slot" hide the last octet of my IP adress when applicable" was marked.

I unmarked the slot,had a small chat with Bignap about nothing and every thing,and off we go via IP to check the connection.

BINGO,free as a bird.

I finally got shot by Bignap,& was happy to die.

I hope,in the future,that will help others who have the same problem.
