This game has been brought up on these boards before, it appears to have been a special USNF version released in Japan, featuring a Japanese map and some localized scenery, and I assume the Ukraine and Kurile Islands maps from USNF and Marine Fighters: http://f-19.hp.infoseek.co.jp/usnffm/index.html

It's from this fairly comprehensive list of flight simulators: http://f-19.hp.infoseek.co.jp/usnffm/index.html

If someone happens to have the Japanese language pack installed for Windows maybe the could translate the page.

WOW dude is this for real? Can this be brought into FA, I'd love to ram a 747 into that Effiel Tower.

Shape importing would be possible if you could somehow get the game files into one of the toolkits and use a modded cache file. The hard part would be finding a way to get a copy of game. :?

I think I know a Japanese gamer that can help. If Haco or any of his sim buddies can help I'm sure they will. I'll contact some of them this weekend.
Nice find, very interesting.

The toolkit reads out the files from CD doesnt it? I think it used to extract e.g. the German language menus when installing the toolkit with the German FA CD. Thus the USNF Toolkit might be able to open the japanese files if you can get hold of a CD.

Nothing much on the page, mostly just says its an add-on (I think, maybe its a new version, I couldn't really tell) for USNF that adds a new campaign and makes Japan the theater of operations. The text below the screenshots just describes the screenshots... pity...
