In addition, terrorism wouldn't even be needed for justification at that point. The whole anti-communism thing was justification enough. i agree. That's like mixing the terrorism problem right now with communism problem back then. It wasn't like that man. it was during the cold war and no gave a shit about terrorists. there was enough anti-communist propaganda that convinced people that a possible us attack on cuba was justified.
