sorry one more question, how do I edit my .m file so it gives the effect of snow on the ground? and is it possible to give the effect of ice on the water or no??

sorry i've *read most of that... the one FAQ map overlay section gives me the layer codes? but i haven't found out how to make it look white on the ground like clouds being on the ground... i can get all other sorts of neat looking ground textures, so thats all i was asking

did anyone ever save Kevin ( Wrench ) Steins stuff? He had loads of simple map tricks but I dont think I ever saved it :-(
